I enjoy my job because…

We never get bored.

I find my job challenging because…

A lack of common sense. It’s not as common as one might think!

My best achievement in business was…

It’s hard to pinpoint one without taking away from others. Of course currently I’d say it has been being an instrumental part of putting EAST Miami on the map. But I’d like to this my best achievement is yet to come.

My worst mistake in business was…

Hiring a crazy HR person!

What I am yet to accomplish is…

Making sure my children live happily.

If I could change one thing about myself, it would be…

To be more patient.

If I could change one thing about the industry, it would be…

Eliminate anything “politically correct” and put more emphasis on being a little more daring. I think nowadays, everyone plays it too safe.

My top three bucket list items are…

I don’t have a bucket list, but at some point in life I’d like to really be able to disconnect and live somewhere remote and by the sea.

My life philosophy is…

My life philosophy is “fino alla fine” (’til the end).

My favourite song, book or film is…

Too many songs and books to name, but movies it’s a tie between The Big Lebowski and Glenngary Glen Ross.

My ideal weekend would be…

On a boat!
