ALICE acquires concierge app GoConcierge

US: Fresh from its recent investment from Expedia, hotel operations platform ALICE has bought GoConcierge for an undisclosed sum.

As part of the acquisition, 1,000 GoConcierge hotel customers will join ALICE's client roster, which includes Two Roads Hospitality, Dream Hotel Group, Grupo Posadas, SIXTY Hotels, NYLO Hotels, and Leading Hotels of the World.

Frank Sena and Justin Hirs from Bentley Associates advised GoConcierge on this transaction.

The acquisition comes shortly after ALICE received $26 million in Series B funding from Expedia.
