Aloft Richardson opens at Cityline

US: The Aloft Richardson has officially opened at CityLine, a 186-acre “transit-oriented development” in Richardson, Texas.

Located at 1160 E. State Street, the Aloft Richardson's 148 guest rooms feature nine-foot-high ceilings, platform beds, 50" LCD TVs, walk-in showers and custom bath amenities by Bliss Spa. The pet-friendly hotel includes nearly 3,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as amenities like free Wi-Fi and parking; a gym, pool and outdoor patio.

CityLine is a 186-acre mixed-use "transit-oriented" development in Richardson, Texas featuring a mix of office buildings, apartments, restaurants, entertainment options and open space, with easy access to two major highways and the DART light rail system.

When complete, CityLine will contain five million square feet of office space, 3,925 multi-family residential units, more than 50 dining and service retail options, two hotels, and two parks with access to regional hike and bike trails. Approximately 30,000 people are expected to live and work at CityLine.
