CIRC Hotel to open early next year

US: CIRC Hotel, a 111-room boutique hotel, is set to open in early 2018 on Young Circle in Downtown Hollywood, Florida.

Located at the landmark $200 million mixed-use Hollywood Circle development, CIRC Hotel has begun taking reservations for stays starting in winter/spring 2018. Introductory rates start at $189 per night.

The 12-storey hotel will feature the Olivia Restaurant & Bar, an authentic Italian restaurant by South Florida restaurateur Piero Filpi and Marcello Sindoni; The Muse Rooftop Bar & Lounge on the hotel pool deck; Presto Market & Coffee Bar; a state-of-the-art fitness centre; and 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

Guest rooms rooms and suites include a seating area, wet bar, 55-inch television and luxury bath with rain shower and upscale amenities. Many feature balconies offering South Florida views.

"CIRC Hotel was designed to reflect Downtown Hollywood's unique, culture-centric personality," said general manager Kara Lundgren. "It will be the ultimate haven for business professionals, vacationers and social groups to indulge, relax and unwind."

CIRC Hotel will be managed by Trust Hospitality.
